Abstract: Tight oil is another hot spot in worldwide non-conventional oil and gas exploration and development after shale gas. It is necessary to make analysis of tight oil economic performance so as to promote global tight oil development and production process, lower the production cost, and bring about economic development. Focusing on the main tight oil operational zones in North America, this paper studies the current conditions and economic feasibility of tight oil development in the producing zones like Bakken, Eagle Ford. It briefs about tight oil reserves and production in North America as well as development experiences and relevant key technologies including factory drilling, fracturing of horizontal well, and micro seismic monitoring. The paper also makes an in-depth analysis of tight oil development cost and economic performances, such as single-well drilling and completion cost, casing cost, comparison of different operators in the same operational zone and the different well depths in the different operational zones by the same operator. The purpose is to provide some references for China’s tight oil development and production.

摘要： 致密油是继页岩气之后全球非常规油气勘探开发的又一新热点,为推动全球致密油开发和生产进程,降低成本,实现经济开发,需要开展致密油经济效益分析工作。以北美致密油主要作业区为对象,通过研究Bakken、Eagle Ford等产区的致密油开发现状、模式及经济性,介绍了北美致密油资源和产量、开发经验及相关关键技术,包括工厂化钻井、水平井压裂、微地震监测等技术,并从单井钻完井作业及套管成本、同作业区不同作业者、同作业者不同作业区不同井深等多角度对致密油开发成本及经济效益进行深入分析,以求对我国致密油开发和生产提供借鉴及参考。
