Perfection of Company’s Incentive Mechanism

Abstract: The technological incentive system based on technological prizes has played an important role in promotion of technological creation and progress. It is of great importance to establish and perfect the system of incentive policies and standardize the implementation mechanism so as to stimulate the initiative and creativeness of the working staff. Based on the fundamental knowledge concerning technological prizes and incentive policies, this paper analyzes the current technological incentive mechanism which includes incentive pay and awards for technological achievements. It puts forward a constructive incentive and awarding policy mechanism so as to fully implement incentive and awarding policies and promote the company’s sustainable and high-efficiency development. It also comes up with some other suggestions, such as the performance-guided principle for fair competition, implementation of the standard incentive policies for technological professionals and a series of treatments for them.

摘要: 以科技奖励为代表的科技激励与奖励机制在推动科技创新与技术进步工作中发挥着巨大的作用,表明建立和完善激励政策体系与规范的实施机制对企业发展和激发广大员工的积极性和创造力尤为重要。从科技奖励与激励政策的基本认识入手,分析了包括薪酬激励、科技成果奖励、评优选先表彰在内的现行科技激励机制的实施情况,并就全面实施激励与奖励政策,进一步发挥其作用,推动公司可持续、高效和稳定发展,提出了建设积极的激励与奖励政策机制、突出公平竞争与业绩导向原则、实施规范科学的人员激励政策、待遇配套等若干工作建议。
