Abstract: Management of oil and gas pipeline engineering projects in China has experienced the transition to contracting pattern of engineering construction from traditional construction pattern and managerial construction pattern. Scientific management of oil and gas pipeline engineering projects is a necessary step to keep the engineering project under way. Take Dushanzi-Urumqi crude pipeline for instance. This paper elaborates how to operate the projects in such areas as management of resources, management of plans, management of construction, management of commissioning, and HSE management. The efforts should be focused on careful organization, reasonable deployment, standardized management, and enhancement of cooperation, operating the projects in high efficiency.

摘要: 我国油气管道工程建设项目管理经历了从传统建设模式、管理型建设模式到工程总承包建设模式的过渡。对油气管道工程项目实施科学管理是工程项目有序进行的保证。以独乌原油管道为例,从资源管理、计划管理、施工组织管理、试运投产管理、HSE管理等方面阐述一线工程如何在项目运作上精心组织、合理部署、规范管理、强化合作,使项目各项工作得以高效运转的经验。
