专利参考价值评价体系及其在石油工程领域中的应用

Abstract: Importance of patent becomes higher and higher in technological creation area thanks to its timeliness, integrity and openness. However, a large quantity of patent data found by means of catalog can offer a variety of references for researchers. Therefore, effective and reasonable valuation of patent data becomes the focus of research. Based on RFID downhole measurement and control technology, this paper establishes the patent valuation system with the characteristics of petroleum engineering technological area. This system is used to screen out 73 items of important patent interpretation and analysis in this area. This article summarizes the key part of the technological development and identifies integrated data transmission and control functions as the orientation for future development.

摘要: 专利因具及时性、完备性、公开性等特点,在技术挖掘和创新等领域的重要性不断提升,但是对于检索到的海量专利数据,能为研发人员提供的参考价值却不尽相同,如何高效合理地评估专利数据的参考价值逐渐成为研究热点。文章以基于RFID的井下测量控制技术为应用研究对象,构建了具有石油工程领域技术特点的专利参考价值评价体系,并运用该体系筛选出该领域内73件重要专利解读分析,总结技术发展重点,提出集成数据传输与控制功能是未来的发展方向。
