Abstract: PetroChina Lubricant Company keeps on technological innovation to drive its efforts in respect of “technology, service and brand”. Guided by the strategy of technological innovation, it integrates the professional talents into an industry-leading technological R&D and innovation team. It maintains and improves the systems/mechanisms for innovation-driven development, including the incentive policies, to motivate the internal power for innovation. It carries out the business-dominated technological research projects and initiates the formulation and implementation of China’s independent lubricant specifications, contributing a series of innovative achievements like characteristic products. Furthermore, it promotes the transformation of research results to localized lubricants for key oilfield facilities, ending the foreign monopoly in this aspect. During the 13th Five-year Plan period, 80% of its research results were transformed to actual products. It is especially unique for diesel engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil and bunker oil, under the influential “Kunlun” brand, allowing the company to be increasingly competitive.

摘要: 中国石油润滑油公司持续推进科技创新驱动,深化“技术、服务、品牌”三大定位;着力推进科技创新发展战略,整合研发技术力量,打造行业领军人才与创新团队;建立健全创新发展体制机制,配套完善激励政策制度,激活创新内生动力;坚持业务主导组织科技攻关,倡导中国润滑油自主规格制定与实施,形成一批原创性成果,做强特色产品;推进成果转化,打破国外垄断,助力油田重要设备润滑油国产化。“十三五”期间,公司的产品开发类科研成果总转化率达80%,已形成独具特色的柴油机油、齿轮油、变压器油、船用油等优势领域,“昆仑润滑”品牌影响力持续提升,核心竞争力显著提高。
