Abstract: During the 13th Five-year Plan period, CNPC International Pipelines Co. Ltd. fully carried out the new development conception and made high-quality construction and operation of the two main energy pipelines in China’s Northwest and Southwest. The company launched the platform for technological innovation, established the extension and application system, carried out the standards overseas, thus promoting internationalization of the Chinese standards. It also made preparations for informatization, perfected management of data assets, accelerated fostering of digital talents, and continually introduced the new conceptions, new knowledge, new technology and new mindset. Based on perfection of the informatized management system, establishment of the new “big safety” pattern of network and settlement of the production and business bottlenecks on the cloud, the company promoted technological innovation and informatization construction both inside and outside China, invigorating digital transformation for international energy pipelines operation.

摘要： “十三五”期间，中油国际管道有限公司全面贯彻新发展理念，高质量建设运营我国西北与西南两大能源通道。公司构建科技创新平台，搭建推广应用体系，践行标准“走出去”，推进中国标准国际化；做好信息化布局，完善数据资产治理，加强数字化人才培养；不断引入新理念、新知识、新技术、新思维，通过完善信息化管理体系、构筑网络“大安全”新格局、云上解决生产经营难题等手段，海内外统筹推进科技创新和信息化建设，为国际能源管道运营数字化转型赋能。
