Abstract: This article focuses on the principles for scientific research work in the high-education institutions, the capability for technological creation, development of research personnel and the relative policies and measures. It briefs about the scientific research work and achievements made in Petroleum Engineering Institute of Xi’an Petroleum University in the 11th Five-Year Plan Period. The concrete measures included establishment of research platform to create the first-class research conditions, highlight of personnel, projects and results to upgrade technological creation level, promotion of international cooperation and exchange to widen the visions of scientific and teaching personnel, and stimulation of the technological personnel’s initiatives for technological creation. Those achievements have made a solid foundation for Petroleum Engineering Institute to further improve its scientific research and teaching work during the 12th Five-Year Plan Period. The institute will continue its efforts for development of some academic leaders, famous both at home and abroad, and creation ofbenchmarkscientific researchresults in the future.

摘要： 从高校科研工作思路、科研目标定位、科技创新能力、科研队伍建设及相关政策措施等方面介绍了西安石油大学石油工程学院"十一五"期间的科研工作情况和取得的成绩。具体包括:积极打造研究平台,创造一流科研条件;以队伍、项目、成果为抓手,提高科技创新水平;开展国际合作与交流,拓宽科教人员学术视野;采取措施,调动科教人员科技创新的积极性。这些成绩的取得为"十二五"期间石油工程学院教学科研再上新台阶打下了坚实的基础。今后将在培养一批国内外有影响的学科带头人和取得一批具有标志性的科研项目和科研成果方面继续努力。
