Abstract: Petroleum Engineering Institute of Xi’an Petroleum University has always adhered to the work principle of cultivation and introduction. It attaches great importance to introduction of talents while focusing on cultivation of existing talents. This paper analyzes the basic conditions for development of talents in the institute, identifies the focus area for cultivation of talents and makes briefings about the concrete methods for selecting talents, introducing talents, making use of talents and attracting talents. Those measures offered new opportunities for the institute to develop its talents, made remarkable achievement in cultivation and introduction of talents, promoted development of technological personnel echelon and fuelled development of the institute in teaching, technological and scientific areas. The institute will further improve qualifications of teachers in the future to lay a solid foundation of personnel for its rapid development.

摘要: 西安石油大学石油工程学院一直以来坚持培养与引进并举的工作思路,在注重培养现有人才的同时,高度重视人才引进工作。通过认真分析学院人才队伍建设的基础现状,提出了人才建设工作的重点,介绍了学院在选人、进人、用人、留人方面的具体做法。这些措施的实施,为学院人才队伍建设提供了新的机遇,学院人才培养和引进工作取得了显著成效,推动了学院学科梯队建设的进程,为学院教学科研发展提供了持续动力。今后,将进一步提高学院的师资队伍建设水平,为推动学院快速发展提供坚实的人才保障。
