Abstract: ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Copolymer) resin is typically the graft copolymer of polybutadiene rubber and styrene with acrylonitrile, in which A represents acrylonitrile, B on behalf of butadiene, and S on behalf of styrene. The product is produced by using the emulsion grafting and ontology SAN mixing process, which features in excellent rigidity, high impact strength, resistance to heat resistance and low temperature as well as chemicals, good mechanical strength and electrical performance, good accessibility to processing, glossy surface, and easy dyeing, etc. It could be painted, plated, welded, and bonded, etc. So, it has been widely used in electronic appliances, automobile parts, stationery, household items, industrial parts and other domains.

摘要： ABS树脂通常是指聚丁二烯橡胶与单体苯乙烯和丙烯腈的接枝共聚物,其中A代表丙烯腈,B代表丁二烯,S代表苯乙烯。该产品采用乳液接枝-本体SAN掺混工艺生产,具有刚性好,冲击强度高,耐热、耐低温、耐化学药品性,机械强度和电器性能优良,易于加工,表面光泽,容易着色等特点,还可进行喷涂、电镀、焊接和黏接等二次加工。因此,被广泛应用于电子电器、汽车零部件、文教用品、生活用品和工业零件等领域。
