Abstract: Oil and gas pipelines are critical to energy supply, national economy and people's livelihood, and they play a very important role in national economy. Safe operation of oil and gas pipelines has something to do with the safety of the people's lives and property and the protection of ecology environment. Pipeline companies are responsible for maintaining pipeline safety, of which the most important thing is to keep safe pipeline operation. This paper analyzes the potential safety hazards existing in pipeline operation, discusses protective measures, and points out that pipeline companies should increasingly improve management, assign responsibilities, pursue pipeline integrity management, and ensure safe and smooth pipeline operation.

摘要： 油气管道是保障能源供给、关系国计民生的基础性设施,在国民经济发展中发挥十分重要的作用。油气管道的运行安全关系到人民群众的生命财产安全和生态环境的保护,管道企业是维护管道安全的主要责任人,保障管道安全运营应是企业管理的重中之重。文章分析了管道运行中的安全隐患,探讨了保护措施,指出管道企业要不断健全完善管理体系,落实安防工作责任,推行管道完整性管理,确保管道安全平稳运行。
