Abstract: Project cost management is the core of modern project management and also marks the success of project implementation. During project implementation, the cost is to be managed by means of planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating under the restraints of quality and constructing period (progress), etc., so as to realize the expected goal, reduce cost as much as possible, and make enterprises own cost advantages in intense competition.

摘要: 项目成本管理是现代项目管理的核心,是衡量实施的项目是否成功的重要标志。项目成本管理是在满足质量、工期(进度)等约束前提下,通过计划、组织、控制和协调等手段对项目实施过程中的费用进行管理,以实现预定的目标,并尽可能地降低费用支出,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中拥有成本优势。
