Abstract: According to this paper, the leading position of equipment manufacturing industry in national economy will not change in the 21st Century, and its development trend involves eight aspects. This paper also makes a comparison of the support policies of the United States, Germany, Japan, France, and South Korea, in particular, it compares the policies and measures of Japan and South Korea to revitalize their equipment manufacturing industry and some cases of several large well-known petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises. All these could be used as a reference for drafting policies and measures for China's equipment manufacturing industry.

摘要： 文章认为21世纪装备制造业在国民经济中的基础地位不会变化,其发展趋势表现在八个方面。文章还对美、德、日、法、韩等五国对装备制造业的支持政策进行了比较分析,特别是对比分析了日、韩两国政府振兴装备制造业的政策措施以及几家大的知名的石油装备制造企业的一些情况,这些都对我国装备制造业政策措施的制定具有一定的借鉴意义。
