气井井口远程控制电磁阀

摘要: 苏里格气田单井产量低,建井数量多,利用传统方式管理难度大,经济有效规模开发面临巨大挑战。为此,研发了一种气井井口电磁气动开关阀,其体积小、结构新,利用太阳能直流供电,由内外压力差实现阀门开关。通过配套研发的无线远程传输和控制系统,实现了超欠压自动保护和远程开关井功能,有效解决了气井生产管理难题,成为苏里格气田数字化建设的核心技术装备。

Abstract: It was a great challenge for Sulige gas field to reach the target of economical scale development using traditional management mode under the situation of low single well production and large well number. A gas well head remote control electromagnetic valve was designed on the basis of technical research and test. It was characterized by small volume and new structure. With the power supplied by solar energy and without external gas sources, the valve was opened and closed by means of switching pressure relief hole and it was self-holding. Over-under pressure protection and remote control function were realized through the available wireless remote transmission and control system. Applying the valve in Sulige gas field, artificial opening and closing gas well were substituted, and difficult problems of gas well production and management were solved. It has become the key technical equipment for digital construction in Sulige gas field.
