摘要： 水平井裸眼分段压裂酸化工具主要用于油井增产改造作业,它是采用机械封隔的方式将水平裸眼井段各储层分隔开来进行作业的,有效解决了水平井各层段均匀布液和改造的技术难题。工具包括裸眼封隔器、悬挂封隔器、投球滑套、压差滑套、回压阀、自封式坐封装置、回接密封插管、反打开循环滑套、高强低密球、磨铣器、捕球器等多种新型井下工具。现场应用证明:该工具具有通过性好、密封承压性能好、开启灵活可靠、安全性高等特点,增产效果显著。

Abstract: The horizontal well open-hole staged fracturing and acidizing tool is mainly used for oil well stimulation and transformation. It operates by separating different reservoirs of horizontal open-hole section by means of mechanical packer, effectively solving the difficulties in uniform liquid distribution and transformation of each horizontal well section. The tool consists of open-hole packer, hookwall packer, ball-dropping sliding sleeve, pressuredifferential sliding sleeve, back pressure valve, self-sealing setting device, tie-back sealing stabbing-in tube, circulating sliding sleeve, light ball of high strength, milling device, ball-catching device and other new downhole tools. Field application showed that the tool could easily run in and had excellent performance in sealing and pressurization as well as safety. It could achieve significant stimulation results.
