Abstract: Drilling wastewater depth and continuous treatment device is an integrated skid-mounted unit, which is mainly used to dispose wastewater from drilling of exploration wells at oil and gas fields. This device integrates a series of treatment process, such as chemical coagulation, sloping-plate acceleration separation, absorption, ultra-filtration, and reverse osmosis (RO). Each treatment process can be used singly or in combination with others, meeting the need for treatment of high-concentration wastewater in the later drilling period as well as low-concentration wastewater in the initial drilling period and residual wastewater following movement of drilling crews. It can find a wide application at the drilling site. Drilling wastewater processed on the field can reach the standard for direct discharge. The device is convenient for installation, operation and transportation and helps solve the problem of drilling wastewater treatment during the operational process at the oil and gas fields, improving green service level and reducing the environmental risks.
