摘要： 文章介绍了吉林油田勘探开发研究院实施科研项目网络化管理的基本情况。该院2008年在油田局域网的背景上建立了自己的网络化管理系统,实现了全院科研项目的网络化过程管理,即实现了从项目的开题论证开始到月进展的总结与分析、季度分析、半年受检性分析、年终结题性总结及获奖情况等各个节点的网上控制管理,该系统功能有项目信息、成果信息、科研活动信息的发布、查询、浏览、添加等。该网络化管理系统为管理层(用户)随机了解科研动态、研究层(用户)掌握横向发展情况创造了条件,提供了方便,初步实现了信息共享和无纸化管理,既节约了时间,提高了工作效率,又节约了管理成本。

Abstract: This paper introduces the background of the Research Institute of Exploration and Development, PetroChina Jilin Oilfield Company in practicing network management of scientific research projects. In 2008, the Research Institute established its own network management system based on local area network, fulfilling network management of scientific research projects, i.e. network management of the discussion about proposals, the summary and analysis of monthly progress, the quarterly analysis, the half-year test analysis, the year-end summary and awards. Information about scientific research projects, achievements, and activities could be released, queried, browsed and added by using the system. With the system, the management (users) could easily know about scientific research trends, and the researchers (users) could master the horizontal expansion. The system enables the Institute to realize information sharing and paperless management, not only saving time, but also enhancing work efficiency and reducing management cost.
