摘要： 人是生产力中最积极、最活跃的因素,人才是企业发展之本和效益之源。该文从现代人力资源的基本内涵出发,简要分析了石油企业人才开发的现状,对石油企业人才开发提出了三个基本原则和六条主要建议。

Abstract: Man is the most active and factor of productivity, and talent is the source of enterprise development. This paper, on the basis of the basic connotation of modern human resources, gives a brief analysis on current state of talent development of oil companies, proposes three basic principles and six key suggestions for talent development.
