海洋控压钻井技术探讨与展望

摘要: 海洋勘探开发逐步走向深水,深水钻井中的涌、漏、卡、塌等井下复杂是进行深水油气资源勘探开发的重要障碍,为此国外广泛应用了海洋控压钻井技术,解决了钻遇的窄密度窗口、海洋表层作业问题、消除隔水管进气的影响,以防止钻井事故、保护储层、减少非生产时间、降低作业费用。介绍了井底恒压控压钻井技术、泥浆帽钻井技术、双梯度钻井技术、HSE控压钻井技术4种主要技术方式的特点与应用效果,分析了目前国内发展该技术应用环境尚不成熟与限制条件等问题,指出未来要着重进行海洋控压钻井技术的适应性、装备及工艺方面的研究。

Abstract: Offshore oil and gas exploration and development are extending into deepwater areas. The downhole complicated troubles in deepwater drilling service, such as kicks, leakages, sticking and collapse, become major bottlenecks for deepwater oil and gas exploration and development. Therefore, offshore managed pressure drilling (MPD) technology is extensively adopted abroad to solve such problems as drilling in narrow density window, operation on oceanic surface, gas kick in drilling risers, prevention of drilling accidents, protection of reservoirs, and reduction of operational time and service cost. This paper introduces the characteristics and application of four main technologies, such as constant pressure and managed pressure drilling technology, slurry cap drilling technology, dual-gradient drilling technology and HSE pressure-controlled drilling technology. It also analyzes the current problems existing in domestic development of offshore MPD technology and points out the future research efforts should be focused on applicability, equipment and process of offshore MPD technology.
