法、意炼油技术研发概况

摘要: 选取法国石油研究院IFPEN和意大利ENI公司两个炼油技术研发单位为样本,介绍了这两家公司的炼油技术研发概况,分析了其炼油技术研发特点。两家机构均有明晰的发展战略:IFPEN研发创新的整体战略为向市场提供能有效应对能源转化过程中各种挑战的技术;而ENI公司认为,科学研究和技术创新是公司可持续发展战略的核心。两家公司都将研发与需求紧密结合,不断适应新形势的变化;同时坚持开放合作的策略,促进技术开发和推广;并坚持采用先进的实验手段,以保证研发质量,提高研发效率。在全球炼油技术市场发展已较为成熟的背景下,我国石油石化企业应以赶超竞争对手科技水平为目标,实施赶超型战略,在发展中借鉴这些先进研发机构的发展经验,为炼油业务快速发展提供技术支持。

Abstract: This article analyzes refining technology R&D development of IFPEN and ENI and briefs about refining technological research of those two companies, both of which have clear development strategies. IFPEN’s innovation-focused R&D activities aim to provide industry with the technologies it needs to meet the challenges of energy transition, while ENI places scientific research and technological innovation at the core of its sustainable growth strategies. At the same time, IFPEN and ENI hold the following points in common: R&D activities highly connected with needs of industry, opening-up and cooperation strategies to boost technical development and popularization, and advanced experiment means applied to improve the quality and efficiency of R&D. Under the background of the mature global refining technological market, the Chinese petroleum and petrochemical enterprises should aim at catching up with and surpass competitors’technology level, borrow the development experiences from those advanced R&D institutions and finally provide technological support forrefiningbusiness development.
