All-personnel Participation Adds Impetus and Technical Innovation Promotes Development

Abstract

Abstract: According to the scientific and technical work of No.4 Construction Company of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau, based on establishing subjects oftechnical innovation, setting incentive mechanism to arouse all-personnel participation, strengthening training to enhance technical level, and laying emphasison extending and applying as well as transforming achievements, this paper discusses how to inspire the enthusiasm of all personnel to participate in technicalinnovation, to promote technical progress in on-site construction, and to enhance core competitiveness.

摘要： 文章结合中国石油天然气管道局第四工程分公司科技工作实际,从立足应用设立革新项目、健全激励机制调动全员参与、加强培训提高技术水平、注重推广应用加大成果转化率等几个方面,阐述了如何激发全员参与技术革新的热情,推动施工一线的技术进步,实现核心竞争力提升的一些实际问题。
