Abstract: In view of the existing problems and industrial characteristics of information management of drilling and completion materials of offshore oil and gas development companies, this paper puts forward the research idea of dynamic management system of drilling and completion materials, also carries out development and application. Through practical use of the system, not only the goal of research and development is achieved, but good results are obtained in its application to dynamic management of drilling and completion materials.

摘要： 针对海洋油气田开发企业钻完井物资信息管理中存在的问题和行业特点,提出了钻完井物资动态管理系统的研究思路,并进行了开发和应用。通过系统的实际使用,不但达到了系统研究开发的目的,而且在物资动态管理中获得了良好效果。
