渤海油田钻完井项目群管理模式浅析

Abstract: In order to find out the method suitable for management of drilling & completion projects in Bohai Oilfield and fulfill complete control of health, safety, environmental protection, progress, quality and cost, this paper discusses relevant issues about "programme management". It defines the programme management mode theoretically and introduces the implementation of the mode as a main programme management mode in Bohai Oilfield. The successful implementation in Bohai Oilfield provides some reference for the programme management of petroleum system and even other systems. The authors in this paper believe that this kind of management mode is of great significance to enhancing economic benefits of enterprises.

摘要: 为了找出适合渤海油田钻完井项目管理的方法,以实现健康、安全、环保、进度、质量、费用之间的全面控制,文章探讨了"项目群管理"的有关问题。从理论上对项目群管理模式进行了定义,并介绍了在渤海油田钻完井项目管理中将其作为主流项目管理模式的实施情况。渤海油田钻完井项目群管理模式的成功实践,为石油系统乃至其他系统的项目群管理提供了一些经验。作者认为,这种管理模式对于企业经济效益的提升具有重要的意义。
