非悬臂式钻机钻丛式开发井技术

Abstract: BZ13-1 production platform is a transferring hinge of southern Bohai Oilfield, which barges up against insufficiency of cantilever drilling rig during exploitation seedtime, and it couldn't meet the overall needs of the development of Bohai Oilfield. To alleviate resource conflicts, CNOOC drill completion workers, in accordance with the existing conditions, put forward and adopt the "non-cantilever rig + underwater base plate" mode of operation creatively, which not only ensures a smooth production schedule at the Oilfield, but obtains direct economic benefits as high as 140 million yuan. At the same time, it could yield indirect economic benefits of 927 million yuan annually and good social benefits. The success of this new operation mode provides a strong reference for the subsequent application of this technology.

摘要: 渤中13-1油田开发平台是渤南油气田群的枢纽中转平台,在开发准备阶段面临着悬臂式钻井平台资源紧张,无法满足渤海油田整体开发需要的实际困难。为缓解资源矛盾,创造性地提出并采用了"非悬臂式钻机+水下基盘"作业模式。不仅保证了油田按期顺利投产,而且获得了直接经济效益1.4亿元,同时每年可创造间接经济效益9.27亿元,以及良好的社会效益。这种全新作业模式的成功应用,对后续应用此项技术进行作业具有较强的借鉴意义。
