Abstract: It is a great challenge for Bohai Oilfield to achieve the goal of 30 million tons oil equivalent, which is also a grandness of Tianjin Branch of CNOOC Ltd. During the process, the core competitiveness of the company, in terms of management, technology and human resources, has been tested and enhanced a lot through continued innovation and optimization. Now the goal has been achieved and it lays a solid basis for the company to evolve into a first-class international energy company and realize sustainable development of Bohai Oilfield. The company has accumulated valuable experience during the process.

摘要： 渤海油田实现3000×10⁴ t油气当量宏伟目标的过程既是克服前所未遇困难的过程,也是公司迅速发展壮大的过程。在3000×10⁴ t实施过程中,公司管理、技术、人力资源等核心竞争力在经受考验的同时,通过不断创新、优化,得到了全面提升。3000×10⁴ t宏伟目标的实现为公司向"国际一流能源公司"的跨越和实现渤海油田可持续发展打下了坚实基础,积累了宝贵经验。
