气相醛加氢催化剂(VAH-1/VAH-2)

Abstract: Vapor-phase aldehyde hydrogenation catalyst of the VAH type is of the Cu-Zn-Al system and suitable for butanol and octanol production by means of butyl aldehyde and octane aldehyde vapor-phase hydrogenation method. Using the special step-by-step mixing and continuous co-precipitation method, copper crystalline grains, the active component, are highly dispersed to effectively inhibit dehydration activity of catalyst, improving the activity, selectivity and thermal stability of catalyst. The hydrogenation activity of catalyst is higher than 99.5 percent, the selectivity higher than 98.5 percent and the service life more than five years. This catalyst has been industrially used in many sets of butyl octanol facilities at home. The facilities are stable in operation, bringing about localization of vapor-phase aldehyde hydrogenation catalyst. The product reaches the country’s high-quality standard while the functions of the catalyst are in line with the advanced international standards.

摘要: VAH型气相醛加氢催化剂为Cu-Zn-Al体系,适用于丁醛、辛烯醛气相加氢法生产丁醇、辛醇。通过采用特殊的分步混合连续共沉淀方法,使活性组分铜晶粒高度分散,有效抑制催化剂的脱水活性,提高催化剂的活性、选择性和热稳定性,催化剂加氢活性大于99.5%,选择性大于98.5%,寿命达5年以上。已在国内多套丁辛醇装置上工业应用,装置运转平稳,实现了气相醛加氢催化剂的国产化,提高了自主创新能力,产品质量达到国标优级品标准,催化剂性能达到国际先进水平。
