Product Project Management Used for Conversion of Chinese-made LWD Equipment Results

产品项目管理在国产随钻测井装备成果转化中的应用研究

Abstract: Following rapid development in recent years, the domestic LWD equipment is now under the product-converting stage and gradually put into application on the field. The stability and reliability of the Chinese-made equipment hold the key to their capability for the intense international market competition. Conversion of the prototype from the research project into service product calls for continual improvement and perfection from technological professionals. LWD Center of CNPC Logging Company Limited has implemented product project management in an attempt to accelerate conversion of product, improve stability and reliability of product and promote application on a large scale. A number of measures have been taken for those purposes, such as establishment of project team, standardization of management system, creation of stimulation mechanism and examination of performance. The company also concentrated human and financial resources on technological improvement and process perfection of main products, improvement of work efficiency as well as reduction of development period and production cost to boost the core competitiveness of domestic LWD equipment.

摘要: 国产随钻测井装备经过近几年的快速发展,已进入产品转化阶段,并逐步投入现场应用。国产装备能否 在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚步,其稳定性和可靠性是决定性因素。从科研样机转化为服务产品,还需要技术人员不断 改进完善。为加快产品转化速度,提高产品稳定性和可靠性,实现规模化推广应用,中国石油集团测井有限公司随钻 测井中心实施了产品项目管理。通过成立产品项目组,严格管理制度,创新激励机制,实施绩效考核等措施,集中人力、 财力、物力,对主要产品进行技术改进和工艺完善,提高了工作效率,缩短了研发周期,降低了生产成本,增强了国 产随钻测井装备的核心竞争力。
