Abstract: China’s electric drilling rig is currently powered mainly by diesel engines of the 190 series, whose rotating speeds are 1500r/min and 1000r/min, unable to meet the demand of electric drilling rigs. Development of diesel engine for high-reliability electric drilling rig satisfies the demand of power engine for China’s drilling rig of more than 5000 meters. This diesel engine takes into account the work environments of oilfields and the application conditions for drilling rig in terms of fuel system, turbo changing system and injection control system. Research and development of diesel engine for high-reliability electric drilling rig are completed on the basis of design and calculation, performance development, endurance test and field test. Based on the efforts for overall quality assessment, design research, process planning study, matter quality control, matter quality inspection, engine assembly and test, and field application, the product reaches the advanced level of its foreign counterparts in the power index, economic index and reliable index. Mean time between failure (MTBF) for the first running is about 5000 hours.

摘要: 目前我国油田电动钻机动力的主要产品为190系列柴油机,其运行转速为1500r/min和1000r/min,均不能满足电动钻机需求。高可靠性电动钻机用柴油机的开发研制,满足了我国5000m以上电动钻机的配套动力机的需求。该柴油机在燃油系统、增压匹配、燃烧控制等方面充分考虑了油田的工作环境及电动钻机的使用工况。通过设计计算、性能开发、耐久试验和工业性试验,完成了高可靠性电动钻机用柴油机研制开发;通过实施可靠性工程,从产品总体质量评价、设计研究、工艺研究、实物质量控制、实物质量检测、总装试验、推广应用等方面进行了全面攻关提高,使产品在动力性指标、经济性指标、可靠性指标等方面均达到国外同类产品先进水平,首次使用无故障时间达到5000h。
