Abstract: Calculation software of refined oil mixture interface is focused on accurate monitoring of mixed transportation of refined oil products. It is proposed that the pipe segment flow interface method and station-by-station density inspection method be combined to calculate the batches of oil products. The pipeline segment model of the dynamic equivalent pipeline length and the density value measured by density meter are used to revise and identify the location of oil mixture interface through four steps - establishment of pipeline segment model, identification of interface location, revision of density value and revision of equivalent pipeline length. This software is used for the Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing pipeline and western pipelines of oil products, achieving good application results.

摘要: 成品油混油界面计算软件针对成品油混输监测的功能和精度要求,提出了管段流量界面法和逐站密度检测修正方法结合进行成品油批次计算。采用动态当量管道长度理论的分段管道模型,用密度仪测量的密度值变化来修正判定过程的混油界面位置的判定方法,包括建立分段管道模型、判定界面位置、密度值修正和当量管道长度修正4个步骤。软件在兰成渝、西部成品油管道上的实际应用中效果良好。
