Abstract: This paper introduces two kinds of subsurface pumps used for tertiary oil production wells. When used in polymer and ternary compound solution flooding oil wells, the service life of pump can be extended, the pump-inspecting period can be shortened and the productivity of oil wells is improved. One is the big-channel high-efficiency subsurface pump, which increases pump barrel and plunger clearance, adopts a special valve cage design and the double closed plunger valve cage structure and improves the stress state of top open valve cage, solving the fracture problem of top open valve cage. The closed valve cages of plunger and pump barrel are redesigned to have a larger valve chamber and change the inner structure of valve cage, solving the problem of internal pile and satisfying the demand for heavy oil production. The other is the immersion anti-drag subsurface pump, which adopts a “small pump in the upper part and big pump in the lower part” structure. Since the inlet oil valve and outlet oil valve are installed in the plunger, tubing fluid column pressure is exerted on the plunger, forcing the plunger to overcome resistance of heavy oil, reducing the bending and deformation of sucker rod in the lower trip and alleviating eccentric wear on rod string. Correspondingly, the electric motor consumes less energy.

摘要: 介绍了两种适用于三次采油井的抽油泵产品,应用在聚合物及三元复合溶液驱油井中,以达到延长抽油泵使用寿命、缩短检泵周期、提高油井生产效率的目的。一种为大流道高效抽油泵,采用增大泵筒和柱塞间隙及特殊的阀罩设计,双闭式柱塞阀罩结构,改善了上部开口阀罩受力状况,解决上部开口阀罩断裂问题;重新对柱塞闭式阀罩和泵筒闭式阀罩进行设计计算,增大阀罩腔室,改变阀罩内部结构,解决阀罩内部打堆问题,满足稠油需求。另一种为浸入式减阻抽稠泵,采用上部小泵、下部大泵结构,由于进、出油阀均装在柱塞上,油管内液柱的压力施加在柱塞上,强迫柱塞克服稠油的阻力下行,减小下行程时抽油杆的弯曲变形,减缓杆柱偏磨,电机能耗相应减少。
