Abstract: Thermal wellhead equipment is designed as the dedicated heavy oil thermal production equipment to meet the demand for heavy oil production in Liaohe Oilfield. It can satisfy the need for steam huff and puff and steam-flooding heavy oil production process. The equipment adopts an upper suspension structure, which can facilitate large-load service when tripping in the pipe string. Composed of a tubing head, a high temperature resistant gate valve and an oil production tree, the equipment is compact-structured, convenient for operation and reliable in safety, reaching the world’s advanced technological level and satisfying the demand for thermal heavy oil production process at home. More than 4000 sets of thermal wellhead equipment have been cumulatively sold, generating 120 million yuan in production value and 20 million yuan in profit.

摘要： 热采井口装置是适应辽河油田稠油开采需求而设计生产的稠油热力开采专用设备,可满足蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱等稠油开采工艺需要。装置采用上悬挂结构,起下管柱时可进行大负荷作业,实现解卡或者解封,方便作业,主要由油管头四通、耐高温闸阀和采油树组成,结构紧凑、操作方便、安全可靠,技术达到国际先进水平,满足了国内现有热力开采稠油工艺需求。已累计销售热采井口装置4000余套,实现产值12000余万元,利润2000余万元。
