Abstract: To solve a series of technological bottlenecks for reservoir renovation, such as one-time application, small inner diameter, sequence, limited stages, mixed production and lack of follow-up stimulation measures, the selective multi-stage fracturing and controlled production tool is developed, which adopts an independent full-process selective service switch as its core technology. It installs an independent switchable sliding sleeve on each interval so that all the intervals are independent and free from each other’s interrelations and interference without limitation of stages. As a result, each interval is selective for fracturing service after well completion. The interval can be independently stimulated, tested, appraised and controlled in production, making well completion intelligent and services highly efficient. The tool is used for three straight wells and horizontal wells in Sulige gas field under different conditions, achieving a series of development results, such as extending service life of holes and increasing and stabilizing production on a long-term basis.

摘要: 为克服现有储层改造技术一次性、内径小、顺序性、级数限制、合采和缺乏后续重复增产等瓶颈技术问题,选择性多级压裂及控制开采工具以独立的全程选择性作业开关为最核心技术,通过给每一层段安装独立的可开关滑套,实现了无限级、各层间相互独立、无关联和干扰,使每一层段可在完井后全程任意选择性作业,进行独立改造、测试、效果评价和控制开采等工作,完井趋于智能化、作业高效化,通过在苏里格不同条件下的直井和水平井3口井的现场应用,达到井眼长寿命、高采收、长期有效稳产增产的开发效果。
