Abstract: Now screw pump has been widely used in oilfield exploitation. As important equipment for controlling and regulating the speed of screw pump, the inverter exerts direct effect on stable oilfield operation and energy efficiency for its operation and use. According to the structural characteristics and working principle of inverter, this paper summed up its common faults, analyzed the causes of three common faults such as overload, pressure due and retrograde of electric machine, and proposed corresponding solutions.

摘要: 目前螺杆泵已在油田开采中广泛应用,井用变频器作为对螺杆泵进行控制与调速的重要设备,其运行情况及使用效果直接影响着油田正常生产的稳定以及节能增效。文章根据变频器的结构特点和工作原理,总结归纳了螺杆泵井变频器的常见故障,并对变频器过载、欠压和电动机反转3种常见故障的产生原因进行了分析,提出了相应的解决方法。
