Abstract: Isopropyl alcohol is a widely used organic solvent and chemical raw material. The indirect propylene hydration method, the direct propylenehydration method, and the acetone hydrogenation method are mainly used for isopropyl alcohol production. This paper introduces different production methodsand their advantages and disadvantages. It is considered that PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company is competitive in terms of production technology,and it should adopt measures to reduce energy consumption of facilities, reduce unit consumption of propylene, optimize reaction and refining sectors toenhance its selectivity, conversion rate and yield of products, and enable facilities to reach international advanced level in the same industry.

摘要: 异丙醇是一种用途广泛的有机溶剂和化工原料,其生产技术方法主要有丙烯间接水合法、丙烯直接水合法和丙酮加氢法等,文章介绍了不同的合成异丙醇生产技术,并对不同生产技术的优缺点进行了比较。文章认为,中国石油锦州石化公司的异丙醇生产技术具有竞争力,下一步应该采取措施降低装置的能耗、降低丙烯单耗、优化反应部分和精制部分提高其选择性、转化率和产品收率,使装置达到甚至超过国际同行业先进水平。
