Abstract: This paper analyzes BP innovation strategy and technology acquisition strategy. It is found that BP adopts the selective technology leading strategyand emphasizes the suitability of technology. In terms of technology acquisition, BP keeps balance between independent innovation and external technologyacquisition. It not only owns complete technology innovation system and effective R&D project management system, but also actively uses externaltechnological resources and cooperates with world well-known universities and research institutes.

摘要： 文章通过对BP公司的创新战略和技术获取策略的分析认为,该公司在创新战略方面采取的是选择性技术领先战略,并强调技术的适用性;在技术获取策略方面,保持自主创新与外部技术获取的平衡。BP公司不仅拥有完善的科技创新体系,而且还积极利用外部科技资源,与世界著名的大学、研究机构建立合作关系,研发项目的管理也比较科学、完善。
