Abstract: Based on theoretical analysis, this paper defines the connotation of CNPC engineering technology service industry in terms of transformingdevelopment models, analyzes the objective environment of the industry, and puts forward some suggestions about how to realize transformation regarding theproblems.

摘要： 文章在中国石油天然气集团公司石油工程技术服务业务转变发展方式理论分析基础上,对中石油工程技术服务业务转变发展方式的内涵进行了界定,分析研究了中石油工程技术服务业务的客观环境,并结合技术服务专业发展中的问题,对如何实现发展方式转变提出了一些意见和建议。
