Abstract: Oilfield development is more of a complex giant system and the synthesis and evolution of multi-layered relations within the system than just a process. It has both natural quality and social quality that exist objectively. The two elements, while being linked together, are nonetheless interacting and checking on one another. Therefore, it is critical to do well in oilfield development and to construct a scientific, green, and harmonious modern oilfield by fully understanding and controlling its two-fold character.

摘要： 油田开发不仅仅是个过程,更是个复杂巨系统和系统中多关系的综合与演化。油田开发具有自然属性,也具有社会属性。自然属性和社会属性是油田开发客观存在的两个方面,它们既相互联系,又相互作用、相互制约。只有认识油田开发的二重性,才能全程地搞好油田开发;只有掌控油田开发的二重性,才能建设好科学、绿色、和谐的现代化油田。
