Abstract: This paper analyzes Exxon Mobil's, the world's largest oil company, investment strategies and summarizes some basic principles in the investment decision-making of the company. According to the analysis, the authors think that the company's investment strategies, for example, to adhere to the investment philosophy not driven by opportunity, to keep investments growing, to prefer to upstream investment and to invest in research and development, will be good reference to China's oil companies.

摘要： 文章分析了近年来全球最大的石油公司——埃克森美孚公司的投资策略,总结了该公司在投资决策中所遵循的一些基本原则;分析认为,该公司坚持非机会驱使型投资理念,始终保持投资不断增长、坚持向上游倾斜、向研究开发倾斜的策略和慎重决策的一些原则,对我国的石油公司具有借鉴意义。
