单趟钻三筒取心技术在涠洲11-1N油田的应用

Abstract: The cost of offshore oil drilling is very high, coring time is short, however trip out & in account for most of the time during coring. In order to save costs and increase efficiency, single drill string for three-barrel coring is applied in Weizhou11-1N Oilfield for the first time, advanced Yb-8100 coring tool is adopted, the drilling assembly is designed with three coring barrels and three stables to core for 24.74 meters continuously, and the yield is up to 99.9%. It is an audacious attempt, the harvest could save two trips out & in time, high-efficiency economical coring could be obtained, valuable experience is therefore accumulated for the application of single drill string for three barrels or even more barrels coring technology.

摘要： 海洋石油钻井成本高昂,在钻井取心作业中,取心进尺作业时间短,起下钻占了大部分时间,为了节约成本,提高时效,采用先进的Yb-8100型取心工具,设计了有3个取心筒配3个扶正器的钻具组合,在南海西部涠洲11-1N油田进行了首次单趟钻三筒取心作业,连续取心24.74m,收获率达99.99%。单趟钻三筒取心是取心技术的一次大胆尝试,它的成功实施可以直接节省两趟起下钻时间,实现高效经济取心作业,更为今后单趟钻三筒取心甚至更多筒取心技术的推广和应用积累了宝贵的作业经验。
