我国石油工程技术与装备走向高端的发展战略思考与建议

摘要: 我国石油工程技术与装备历经多年科技攻关,特别是国家科技重大专项开展以来,发展完善了以地震勘探、电缆测井、水平井、欠平衡钻井、钻井提速、储层改造、带压作业、注水采油为核心的常规石油工程主体技术与装备,实现全面国产化。高端石油工程技术与装备取得重大突破,拓宽了油气勘探开发领域,实现页岩油气、致密油气、深层和深水等油气资源的经济有效开发。当前,油气资源效益开发对石油工程技术提出更高要求,亟待石油工程企业快速提升自主研发能力,突破“卡脖子”问题,掌握高端技术,科技发展需抓住跨界融合的新动能。为了促进我国石油工程高端技术快速成为主体技术、常规与高端技术接替上升,提出了下一步重点攻关方向。在“十六五”末打造一批以智能化地球物理勘探装备、超高温高压与深远探测测井装备、自动化智能化钻井高端装备、高性能旋转导向系统、高效智能破岩工具、安全环保高效能工作液、万米特深井钻完井技术、大功率电驱智能压裂装备、精细化智能化分层注采技术、海上压裂船与多功能作业船等为代表的高端技术与装备,高水平实现石油工程技术自立自强,高质量保障国家能源安全。

Abstract: China has been launching technical research projects for its petroleum engineering technology and equipment for many years. Particularly since the national science and technology major projects are applied, the development and improvement of seismic exploration, cable logging, horizontal wells, underbalanced drilling, drilling speed, reservoir transformation, pressure operations, water injection, and oil recovery as the core of conventional petroleum engineering’s main technology and equipment to achieve full localization. Breakthroughs in high-end oil engineering technology and equipment widened the scope of oil and gas exploration and production, allowing for the cost-effective and efficient development of shale, compact, and deep-layer and deep-water oil and gas resources. Currently, the economic growth of oil and gas resources necessitates increased technological and equipment requirements in petroleum engineering. As a result, petroleum engineering companies should enhance their independent R&D capabilities as quickly as possible, overcome “bottlenecking” issues, and capitalize on the new dynamic energy from cross-disciplinary integration for technological growth. This article identifies topics for further scientific research so that China’s high-end petroleum engineering technology may quickly become the standard, and conventional and high-end technologies can be updated in turn. It is necessary to develop a number of high-end technologies and equipment by the end of the 16th Five-year Plan, such as intelligent geophysical exploration equipment, super high-temperature and super high-pressure deep detecting logging equipment, high-end automatic and intelligent drilling equipment, high-performance rotary steering system, high-effective intelligent rock-breaking tools, safe, environmentally-friendly and high-performance working liquid, drilling and completion technology for the ultra-deep wells with a 10000-meter depth, high power electric-driven intelligent fracturing equipment, fine intelligent layered injection and production technology, and offshore fracturing ship and multi-functional service ship. To attain a high degree of self-sufficiency and self-improvement in petroleum engineering technology, as well as to assure high-quality national energy security.
