高凝高黏原油降凝剂

摘要: 针对目前国内外现有的降凝剂对苏丹3/7区、乍得、尼日尔等地区高凝、高黏原油降凝、降黏效果不佳的状况,对高凝原油物性进行深入分析,采用接枝共聚合技术,以不同结晶温度的乙烯共聚物树脂引入强极性基团和含氟表面活性剂,开发研究出能够有效改进苏丹3/7区、乍得、尼日尔等地区高凝、高黏原油低温流动性的新型DPD降凝剂。DPD降凝剂对降凝幅度不小于8℃,凝固点的表观黏度下降幅度不小于70%,有效降低了管道输送温度,确保原油管线的安全节能运行。

Abstract: The existing domestic and foreign pour point depressants (PPD) do not have good effects on high freezing and high viscosity crude oil produced in Sudan, Chad and Niger. With the physical properties of high freezing crude oil brought under in-depth analysis, graft copolymerization is adopted by introducing strong polar groups and fluorinated surfactants into graft ethylene copolymer resin under different crystallization temperature. As a result, a new-type PPD is developed to improve low-temperature flowability of high freezing and high viscosity crude oil produced in Sudan, Chad and Niger. The pour point depressing amplitude is no less than 8°C and the surface viscosity of freezing point is lowered more than 70 percent. It effectively lowers the piped transmission temperature and ensures the safety in operation of crude oil pipeline.
