摘要： 针对我国聚酯产业高端聚酯品种匮乏的实际情况,中国石油集团以新型二元醇合成高性能、高附加值的工程塑料领域用新型聚酯原料为技术目标,开发了"PETG共聚酯切片生产技术"。按照规模先后开展了小试、中试和万吨级工业化试验,领先完成了PETG工业生产技术研究及产品市场开发,生产技术和产品质量达到国际先进水平。

Abstract: For the lack of high-end polyester varieties in domestic polyester industry, CNPC regards new polyester materials of high performance and highvalue-added in the field of engineering plastics synthesized by new diols as its technology goal, and develops the production technology of PETG copolyesterchips. It has successively carried out lab trial and pilot trial as well as 10,000-tonnage industrial test, and first completed the research on industrial productiontechnology PETG copolyester chips and the product market development. Now the production technology and the product quality have reached internationaladvanced level.
