摘要: 注空气开发技术虽由来已久,但因压缩机质量和空气与油气混合后易爆炸等问题未得到 很好解决,该技术一直未能大规模工业化推广。从2009 年开始,中国石油依托重大开发试验平台,在 低渗透、水敏及高含水老油田、潜山等油藏开展减氧空气驱试验,在稠油油藏开展注空气火驱试验;开 展顶层设计,组织联合多家单位共同攻关,明确了从低温段到高温段全温度域注空气开发机理;制定了 《驱油用减氧空气》等相关标准。历经十多年持续攻关,注空气开发理论取得重大突破,开发技术基本成 熟配套,现场试验取得显著效果,已累计生产原油375×104t。注空气开发技术适应的油藏类型广、油品 种类多,注入介质空气不受环境和气候影响,易得且组分稳定。该项技术高效、低成本、绿色,将成为 低渗透、高含水、高温高盐、稠油和非常规等特殊条件油藏最具发展潜力的战略性开发技术,应用前景 广阔。目前已经开始工业化推广,2020 年产量将突破100×104t,2025 年产量有望达到400×104t 规模。

Abstract: Air injecting development technology has existed for a long period of time, but this technology has not been industrialized on a large scale because some problems have not been desirably solved, such as the quality of compressor and explosion easily caused by oil and gas mixture. Starting from 2009, PetroChina depended on the platform of important development experiment to test oxygen-reduced air flooding at low-permeability, water-sensitive and high water-cut old oilfields as well as buried hill oil reservoirs. The air injecting fire drive was also tested for heavy oil reservoirs. With designing at the top level, PetroChina cooperated with a number of units to study air injecting development mechanism of full temperature range from low temperature section to high temperature section. It also formulated the related standards, such as “Use Oxygen-reduced Air for Oil Flooding”. Based on the study of a dozen of years, PetroChina has made important breakthroughs in the air injecting development theory and owned a system of basically mature development technologies, with remarkable achievements of field experiments. Crude oil production is accumulated to 375×104t. Air injecting development technology is applicable to many types of oil reservoirs and many kinds of crude oil. The injected medium of air is free from the influence of the environment and climate while the components are stable. This technology is high-efficiency, low-cost, green and likely to become the strategic development technology with a great development potential for the oil reservoirs with the unconventional and special conditions, such as low permeability, high water cut, high temperature and high salt and heavy oil. Currently, it has been industrialized. The oil production will top 100×104t in 2020 and hopefully reach 400×104t by 2025.
