摘要: 长庆油田天然气主要以致密气为主(占比82%),2024年油气当量超6600×104t,天然气产量占比超60%。长庆气田自1998 年规模开发以来,不断深化致密气地质认识,在水平井开发、钻井提速、体积压裂等工程技术方面持续突破技术瓶颈,关键工艺不断迭代升级,推动了天然气的快速开发。钻井工程方面,形成了以“小井场大井丛工厂化、三维水平井优快钻井、小井眼一体化钻完井”为主的致密气钻完井技术;储层改造方面,形成了直井多层、水平井多段、低伤害压裂液、工厂化作业四大技术系列10多项主体技术;采气工艺方面,针对长庆气田致密气井自然携液期短、措施生产时间长的生产特征,攻关形成了以“井下节流—排水采气—储层挖潜”的全生命周期采气工艺技术体系;近年创新发展形成了连续管一体化完井、集约型柱塞、智能气井为核心的采气工艺技术升级版。工程技术的持续创新与发展,推动长庆气田天然气年产量突破500×108m3,建成了我国规模最大的天然气生产基地,引领了致密气效益开发工程技术创新模式。

Abstract: Changqing Oilfield is rich in natural gas resources with tight gas accounting for 82 percent of the gas reserves. The oil and gas equivalent of Changqing exceeded 66 million tons in 2024 with the natural gas output making up for more than 60 percent of the total. Changqing Gas Field has continually made the study of tight gas geology and achieved breakthroughs in the areas of engineering technology, such as horizontal well development, drilling speed and volumetric fracturing, since it was brought under large-scale development. Meanwhile, the key process was continually iterated and upgraded to accelerate natural gas development. In the drilling engineering area, the tight gas drilling and completion technology was based on the model of “factory-like small well site and large well cluster, 3D horizontal well optimized and rapid drilling, and small well hole drilling and completion integration.” In the area of reservoir renovation, a dozen of backbone technologies in four main families were established for multiple layers of a straight well, multiple segments of a horizontal well, low-damage fracturing liquid and factory-like services. In the area of gas production technology, Changqing Gas Field’s research efforts were focused on the characteristics of tight gas wells--a short liquid-carrying period and a long production period by means of stimulation measures. As a result, the technological system of the whole life-cycle gas production process was established on the basis of the “downhole throttling-drainage gas production-reservoir-tapping” pattern. In recent years, Changqing also innovated and developed a updated technological version of gas production process, such as coiled tubing integrated completion, compact plunger lift and intelligent gas wells. The continuous engineering technological innovation and development helped Changqing top its annual natural gas production of 50 billion cubic meters, making it become China's largest natural gas production base and a engineering technological leader in economic development of tight gas.
