大庆油田绿电与采油工程融合利用现状及展望

摘要: 随着全球能源结构的转型以及中国提出的“双碳”目标,石油行业迎来了绿色低碳转型的新要求。研究分析了大庆油田在新能源建设、技术挑战、变工况运行技术及分布式供能体系构建等方面的发展现状,新能源装机和产能当量实现显著增长,但仍面临新能源发电不稳定性、高成本的储能技术等技术与经济挑战。大庆油田持续加强技术创新和系统优化,通过实施机采井绿电融合技术、电加热清防蜡与绿电融合技术、变工况注水与绿电融合技术,构建与系统再造配套的分布式供能体系,有效提升了新能源消纳能力,应对了新能源接入带来的电网问题,实现了绿电的高效利用和油田生产系统的稳定运行,为绿电与油田生产之间的深度融合提供了支撑。

Abstract: The petroleum industry new faces the demand for green and low-carbon transition thanks to global energy structural transition and China’s“ dual carbon” goals. This article analyzes the current development conditions of Daqing Oilfield in the areas of new energy construction, technological challenges, variable-conditioning production technology and distributed energy supply system. A remarkable growth is brought about in new energy installed capacity and productivity. However, there are still a series of technological and economic challenges, such as instability of new energy fueled electricity and high cost of energy storing technology. Daqing Oilfield has continued its efforts to strengthen technological innovation and system optimization, based on green electricity integration technology for mechanical oil production wells, electric heating for wax elimination and prevention by means of green electricity, and integration of green electricity for water injection according to variable conditions. Daqing Oilfield established the distributed energy supply system compatible with the re-engineering system, thus effectively raising the capacity for new energy consumption and absorption. This also solved the problems of connecting new energy to the power grid and brought about high-efficiency utilization of new energy and stable operation of the oilfield production system, facilitating in-depth integration of green electricity with oilfield production.
