页岩气藏可回收滑溜水

摘要: 页岩气藏开发一般采用大排量、大液量滑溜水体积压裂,压裂后返排液量大、处理困难,要求压裂液降阻性能好、可连续混配、可重复利用。根据四川页岩储层特征,研发了速溶、低相对分子质量、低黏乳液降阻剂,形成了可回收滑溜水,其降阻率大于70%,溶解时间小于30s,满足高排量、连续混配要求;筛选了高效杀菌剂,对硫酸盐还原菌的杀菌率达100%,可有效降低细菌对储层的伤害;该滑溜水耐钙镁离子浓度达10000mg/L,返排液经简单沉降后可重复使用,返排液处理后利用率大于95%,现场操作简便,满足工厂化作业要求。

Abstract: Development of shale gas reservoir usually adopts large-displacement volumetric fracturing in large quantities of slick water. It is difficult to process large quantities of flowback fracturing fluid. Therefore, fracturing fluid is required to have good drag reduction performance, capable of being continuously mixed and reused. Based on the characteristics of shale reservoirs in Sichuan, a quick dissolutive, low molecular weight and low-viscosity emulsion drag-reducing agent is developed for recycling of slick water. The drag-reducing rate is higher than 70 percent and the dissolutive time is less than 30 seconds, meeting the demand for large flowback and continuous mixture. With adoption of effective bactericide, the sulfate reducing bacteria sterilization rate reaches 100 percent, effectively reducing bacteria damage of reservoirs. The slick water can resist the calcium and magnesium ion concentration of 10000mg/L. Fluid flowback can be reused after simple settlement. The utilization rate of fluid flowback exceeds 95 percent after processing. It is easy to operate and meets the demand for large-scale application.
