修井作业双人操控起下油管装置

Two-person Control Device of Tubing String Trip-in and Trip-out for Workover Service

摘要: 基于现有修井机的液压、电气动力和提升条件,综合运用电控、液压、气动技术研制成功一种远程控制起下管柱装置,主要包括管柱悬吊扶正系统、油管上卸扣系统、油管输送系统及电控液压驱动系统4个模块。各模块操作指令集中到一个操作盘上和一部手持遥控器上,修井机司机通过操作盘可远程控制完成油管的抓放、锁定、悬持、推送、扶正、对中、液压钳就位、上卸扣、高低换挡和自动对缺口,最终实现管柱起下;1名场地工人按动遥控器即可完成油管的拉送、翻滚和就位,实现了在井口无人情况下2人起下管柱作业。现场应用表明,该装置体积小、质量轻,起下管柱操作平稳、安全可靠,可减少用工数量、减轻工人劳动强度、提高安全操作水平。起下管柱作业中不影响井控抢险,不妨碍井口人员逃生,不增加作业成本,施工速度可控且与人工操作水平相当。

Abstract: Based on the existing hydraulic, electric and elevating conditions of workover rig, a remote control device for trip-in and trip-out service of pipe string is developed by means of electronic control, hydraulic pressure and pneumatics technology. It is mainly composed of four modules -automatic suspension and centralization system, tubing screwing system, tubing conveying system and electric control and hydraulic driving system. Control commands of all the modules are concentrated on an operational panel and a handheld remote controller. By means of the operational panel, the driver can remotely control and complete a series of tasks, such as to catch or put, lock, hang, push, centralize and center the pipe string, hydraulically push or pull the pincer in place, make and break, shift and automatically gap, and finally trip in or trip out the pipe string. One site worker can make the tubing rolling and in place by pressing the remote controller. Two people can conduct a series of work without anyone else at the wellhead. Field application indicates that this device is small in volume, light in weight, stable in trip-in and trip-out service and reliable for safety while reducing amount of operational workers and labor intensity and improving work safety. The pipe string trip-in and trip-out does not affect well emergency rescue or wellhead personnel escape. The device does not increase the cost either. Its operational speed is controllable and nearly the same as manually operated.
