用于碳酸盐岩储层的自生酸体系

Self-generating Hydrochloric Acid System for Carbonate Reservoir

摘要: 针对川渝碳酸盐岩储层在酸化改造中温度高、普通酸液酸岩反应速度快、酸液深穿透能力有限、腐蚀速率较大的问题,以高温下反应能产生HCl的物质为母体,研制出一种适合高温碳酸盐岩储层改造的自生酸体系;针对低压气井酸化改造中残酸返排效果不理想、易造成二次伤害的问题,以可以产生气体的增能剂为主剂,研制出在地层条件作用下产生大量气体的自生泡沫酸体系。自生酸在高于150℃的高温深井中可以使酸处理深度大为增加;自生泡沫酸在低压、致密油气井中可以使酸化改造后加快排液速度,减少残酸二次伤害。该酸液体系在现场应用22井次,增加测试产量511.1×104m3/d,取得了较好的效益。

Abstract: There are a series of problems existing in acidizing renovation of carbonate reservoirs in the Sichuan-Chongqing area, such as high temperature, rapid acid-rock reaction rate of ordinary acidizing fluid, limited penetration of acidizing fluid and high corrosion rate. Therefore, using HCl produced under high-temperature reaction as parent fluid, a self-generating hydrochloric acid system is developed for renovation of high-temperature carbonate reservoir. With gas increasing agent used as the main agent, the autogenetic foam acid system is developed, which can produce a large amount of gas under the effect of formation conditions, to solve the problem that the flowback effect of residual acid is satisfactory in acidizing renovation of low pressure gas wells, easily causing secondary damage. The self-generating hydrochloric acid can significantly improve the depth of acidizing treatment in the deep well with temperature of more than 150°C. Autogenetic foam acid can accelerate discharge of acid fluid in the low pressure tight oil and gas wells after acidizing renovation and reduce secondary damage from residual acid. This acid fluid system is used for 22 well/times on the field and increases the output by 511.1×104m3/d, achieving good economic results.
