摘要: 潜油电泵电缆是人工举升采油设备的主要组成部件,是传输电能和信息信号的工具。由于井下工况极其复杂、特殊,对潜油电泵电缆的技术要求很高,长期以来多使用国外产品。详细介绍了中成机械制造公司自主研发的系列潜油电泵电缆的功能、结构、材料、技术指标,分述了相关部件如导体、绝缘层、成缆、护套层、耐油垫层、铠装层的具体工艺要求。通过室内实验、现场试验及现场应用,生产的90℃、120℃、150℃、180℃耐温等级产品,整体技术水平居国内领先,部分指标达到国际先进水平,现场应用效果良好,推广前景广阔。指出今后还需在耐高温、高压、高含气等方面加强研究以提高产品的适应性。

Abstract: Electric submersible pump cable is the main integral part of artificial lifting oil production equipment and the tool for transmission of electric energy and information signal. Foreign products have been used for a long period of time thanks to the complicated downhole working conditions and high technological requirements on ESP cable. This article makes detailed briefings about functions, structures, materials and technical indexes of a series of ESP cable independently developed by Zhongcheng Machinery Manufacturing Company. It also describes the concrete process requirements on the related parts, such as conductor, insulator, laying-up, sheath cover, oil-proof cushion and armor. Based on indoor experiment, field test and field application, a series of products have been produced, which can resist the temperature of 90℃ , 120℃ , 150℃ and 150℃ . They become the technological leaders at home with some of the targets reaching the international advanced level. Field application of those products shows good results and promising prospect. More efforts will be made to study the adaptability of the products so that they can resist high temperature, high pressure and high gas content.
