摘要: 为解决高含气井有效开发的需要,应用研究开发了高含气井用潜油电泵机组。机组采用"单级分离器+气体前置处理装置+多相泵"、"双级分离器或带导流罩气砂锚+多相泵"等组成形式,通过自主研发的计算机程序对油井和泵内各部件多相流进行分析与数值模拟,确定气体前置处理和分离结构形式,大幅提升了潜油电泵机组对气体的适应性,泵吸入口气液比提升到70%以上,扩大了应用范围。该机组可降低井底流压,提高高含气井单井产量,技术达到国际先进水平,推广应用前景好。

Abstract: To meet the need for effective development of wells with high gas content, the company has studied and developed the electric submersible pump (ESP) system for high gas well. The system adopts various forms of assemblage, such as “single-stage separator + gas pre-treatment device +multiphase pump” and “double-stage separator or gas sand anchor with dome + multiphase pump”. Based on the independently-developed computer program, the multiphase flow of various parts within the oil well and pump is brought under analysis and numerical simulation to determine gas pre-treatment and separation structure and significantly improve the adaptability of ESP system with gas. With the gas-liquid ratio at the absorption inlet of pump improved more than 70 percent, the application scope is enlarged for the system. Meanwhile, the system can reduce the bottom-hole flowing pressure and improve the single-well gas output, reaching the international advanced level and having a promising prospect for application.
