摘要: 油气资源特别是非常规、深层、深水和北极油气资源的高效开发越来越依赖于技术进步,特别是工程技术的进步。进入21世纪以来,国外石油工程技术发展很快,涌现出了一批重大关键技术和前沿技术,文章对其中18项技术进行了概述,其中包括旋转导向钻井技术、控压钻井技术、深水钻井技术、智能钻杆、连续起下钻及连续循环钻机、折叠式连续套管等,这些新兴技术值得我国业界高度关注。

Abstract: Efficient development of oil and gas resources, especially unconventional, deep-seated, deep-water and Arctic resources tends to be more dependent on technical progress, especially the progress in engineering technology. After entering into 21st century, foreign petroleum engineering technology developed very fast and a lot of important and advanced technology emerged. This paper summed up 18 items of technology, including the rotary and navigation drilling technology, the pressure-regulated drilling technology, the deep-water drilling technology, the intelligent drill pipe technology, the continuous tripping technology, the continuous-cycle rig technology, and the collapsible and continuous casing technology. All the emerging technologies worth high attention from Chinese petroleum industry.
